Before You Begin

Please make sure you have the following ready before starting your application:

• A valid email address and phone number

• Your personal details and contact information

• Your academic information

• A clear copy of your examination result(s)

• A clear copy of your admission letter and student ID, where applicable

• A completed and signed Family / Clan Confirmation Letter

• Any other supporting documents requested in the form

• Your personal essay

 

Family / Clan Confirmation Letter

All applicants are required to upload a signed Family / Clan Confirmation Letter as part of the application.

This document is used to support confirmation of family / clan origin in Mopa.

 

Please follow these steps:

1. Download the Family / Clan Confirmation Letter Template here: Letter Template 
    

2. Fill in the applicant section with:

   • Full Name

   • Date of Birth

   • Email Address

   • Mopa Family / Clan Name

3. Print the form and take it to the recognized family / clan head for confirmation.

4. The family / clan head should complete the confirmation section, sign, and date the form.

5. Scan the completed document clearly and upload it in the application form where requested.

 

Important Notes

• Complete the form carefully and ensure all information provided is correct.

• Use your own valid contact details, as these will be used for all communication.

• Make sure your uploaded documents are clear and readable. PDF and JPG formats only.

• Incomplete, false, or misleading applications may be disqualified.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

 

Applicant Eligibility

This scholarship is intended for eligible applicants of Mopa origin who meet the program requirements. As part of the review process, information provided may be checked, including confirmation of family / clan origin, community origin, and academic records.

 

How to Complete the Form

• Fill in all required personal and academic information.

• Select your Clan / Family from the dropdown list provided.

• Download, complete, and upload the signed Family / Clan Confirmation Letter (see PDF on the right).

• Upload all other required supporting documents in the requested format.

• Complete the personal essay section carefully, where applicable.

• Review your application before submitting to ensure all information is accurate.

 

Document Upload Guidance

• Upload only clear and legible documents.

• Ensure the names on your documents match the details entered in the application form.

• Use the specified file format and size limits shown on the form.

• If a document is unclear, incomplete, unsigned where required, or cannot be opened, your application may not be considered complete.

 

Personal Essay Guidance

Applicants should write their essays personally and honestly. The essay should reflect the applicant’s own thoughts, experiences, and aspirations. Applicants are encouraged to review their writing before submission for clarity and completeness.

 

After Submission

Only shortlisted applicants may be contacted for further review or verification.
